No, the monthly MSO-PC subscription plan only includes the formation of the MSO-PC structure and does not include Ease’s Practice OS.

Ease Legal subscription includes unlimited legal compliance access to the Ease Legal’s template library. Legal compliance services include the drafting of employment and partner contracts, practice policies, and more.
The monthly fee to start the MSO/PC structure process is $2.5k. However, all MSO-PC customers must pay a $5k one-time origination fee and agree to a minimum one year contract. Each state PC added to the MSO-PC costs $2,500 to file and each state FQ (foreign qualification) costs $1,000 to file. Filing fee does not include state fees.
Ease has two back office plans, one that is self-managed and another that is full service.
